Cynthia Stadd Womack, Enrollment Director and Senior Educator
Cynthia is an integrative nutrition practitioner, educator, administrator and “practice building” business coach – and is thrilled to be engaging all of those roles with IPE. After 15 years in New York City, she relocated her well-established Manhattan private practice (and her life!) to Boulder. Cynthia assists Marc in visioning IPE’s role in the world, and oversees enrollment. She is also the IPE senior educator, teaching the popular Professional Tele-Training Course and various live seminars/workshops. Cynthia works with clients privately as a health coach and as a business coach for practitioners wishing to start a practice. In her “former life” she was a professional performer, and still keeps up her dancing chops with a high-kick here and there. And yes, she is recently married to the IPE Technology Director!
Julie Jaramillo, Operations Director
With a Master’s Degree in Business, Julie graces IPE with her skills coordinating just about everything! She has a business background as an International Financial Analyst, commercial umbrella underwriter and independent business contractor. She left the working world 13 years ago to start her family and is thrilled to return to the work-force with IPE. Julie’s own health journey has brought her to participate in various IPE programs and she now plans on introducing our teachings to the world. She is married and the mother of three beautiful children, to whom she lovingly refers as her ‘three ring circus.’ She is passionate to provide support and love for the Institute and Marc’s vision.

Hannah Williams, Marketing Director
Hannah is thrilled to be on board, helping to bring forth IPE's work in the world and support the Institute in managing all things 'marketing'. A recent East Coast transplant, Hannah jumped at the opportunity to move west, continue her studies with Marc, and step into her role on staff with the Institute. As a graduate of IPE's Professional Trainings, Hannah works with clients privately, teaches workshops, and blogs. When she's not exploring the complexities of what, how & why we eat, Hannah can be found teaching and playing piano, singing, and falling in love with the mountains of Colorado.
Nancy Thompson, Community Relations Director
Nancy brings her ever present enthusiasm and high octane smile to her work as Community Relations Director with IPE. Originally from South Carolina, Nancy has called Boulder home for 18 years. After earning a degree in Public Relations, Nancy turned her attention to health and wellness. She graduated from the Swedish Institute in NYC, then moved to Boston to study at the Kushi Institute. Upon arriving in Colorado, Nancy attended Nova Healing Arts and has taught countless cooking classes at The Culinary School of the Rockies. Nancy takes real satisfaction in counseling others with the possibility of increased happiness and health, and is thrilled to be a part of IPE.
Nathan Womack, Technology Director
Nathan helps strategize IPE’s technology environment, offers IT consulting, and swoops in to fix anything with an on/off button! He enjoyed a 9-year worldwide career with IBM, traveling as a business consultant all over the United States, Europe, and parts of South America. When Nathan approaches a client now as a solo consultant, he wears three hats; project manager, business analyst and developer. His company, Outsource Locally, serves small businesses and solo-preneurs all over the Colorado Front Range. Nathan is an avid outdoor athlete, competing in triathlons all over the country, skiing down the Colorado rockies and mountain biking where no man should go.
